The Poznań n8n community is a place where automation moves from presentations to practice. We connect local meetings with knowledge available to the whole country: short talks, workshops and conversations with people who actually implement workflows in companies, projects and daily work. Meetups for beginners and practitioners
Community meetings are the foundation. This format is for people who are just getting to know n8n, but also for those who want to exchange implementation experience. A good meetup leaves participants with one concrete thing to test the next day. The next one – Meetup #2 – takes place on 9 December 2026 at the Poznań University of Economics and Business.
Workflow building workshops
Workshops are the second pillar. Less talking, more working on examples: forms, CRMs, spreadsheets, notifications, AI, e-commerce, error handling and data cleanup. Every such topic can be turned into a ready-made flow that participants take to their own n8n instance. The next workshop – "Analyst Assistant: AI Agent" – is scheduled for 18 November 2026.
Who are these events for?
The shortest answer: for people who feel their work involves too much manual copying and pasting. In practice, founders, marketers, operations specialists, consultants, analysts, freelancers and developers all feel at home at these events. n8n is a technical tool, but it is not reserved for developers only.
